Inman Valley was surveyed in sections of about 80 acres each were made available for sale in early 1850. Originally known as “PugTown” for the many homes in the area built with “wattle and daub” consisting of 2 - 4 rooms. The valley has been home to orchards and farming over the years, and continues to thrive as a strong community within the Fleurieu Coast.
